Taurus New Moon Ritual

"The Pomander" for 

This ritual is best done between May 7-12, 2024

You will need:

Energy cleansing tool of choice (sage, incense, palo santo), Crystals: citrine, green aventurine, or pyrite, Apple, one piece of paper, cloves, powdered cinnamon

Directions:

1. Purify. Begin by cleansing yourself and your tools, followed by cleansing your surroundings. As you cleanse feel free to recite the following- 

 "I have spread my dreams under your feet;

Tread softly because you tread on my dreams."

2.  Find a peaceful space. On your altar or a peaceful undisturbed place in your home, find a circular spot. Place a bowl of your choosing in the middle of that spot. Sprinkle a little cinnamon in the bottom of the bowl. Hold the crystals in your hands and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. Close your eyes and visualize yourself surrounded by green light, the color of abundance and prosperity. Feel the energy of the crystals flowing through you and imagine them amplifying your intentions for abundance. Around the bowl place your crystals in a grid pattern.

3. Write On your piece of paper write down 7 things you truly want in your life. This is a great spell to attract resources, assets, property, and overall prosperity. so write down EXACTLY what you want to attract. 

4. Fruits of your labor. Take your apple. and poke 8 holes in it, then take 7 cloves, and as you place each clove in each of the holes repeat this affirmation to yourself:

"I am open to receiving ( add something from your list) in my life." 

with the 8th clove repeat the following:

"I am open to receiving abundance in all areas of my life."

5. Give Thanks. Place the apple in the bowl and give thanks to the universe for the abundance that is already present in your life and the abundance that is yet to come. Once a day for the next few days repeat the affirmations and feel free to sprinkle some cinnamon over the apple. Repeat this ritual as often as you like to reaffirm your intentions and attract abundance into your life.

The apple should dry with the help of the cinnamon, rather than shrivel.  It will smell wonderful and be infused with your wishes. Over time you can feel free to bury the apple at a nearby portal.
