Empowering young women and guiding them to navigate and discover their passions has always had a very special place in my heart as a mother to a daughter myself and a spiritual manifestor. I felt like now was time to take the leap and get us girls together! I am so so SO happy to embark on this incredible journey with all of you as we collectively explore our mind, body, and spirits together. I'm absolutely ecstatic to meet you all!

This experience is overall intended for you to feel comfortable and at ease the moment you walk into our Sanctuary. Please wear comfortable clothing for yoga practice, bring a smock in case you are a messy creative, and a snack if you feel you might need one!  I will provide iced tea, yet any yummies you want during our 15 minute break you should bring yourself from home.
