Join Reiki Master Peggy Bice and Meditation/Yoga instructor Jennifer Llewellyn in creating a highly personalized spirit animal totem. An animal totem is a representation of your spirit animal guides. This totem can appear in any form, message, or symbols. Shamans believe that we identify with many different spirit guides. An animal totem acts as your main guardian spirit and will help you through many aspects of your life.
In this workshop, we will identify the different animals associated with each of your chakras through the process of meditation, yoga, Reiki, and conscious journaling/visualization. You will gain from this workshop a collection of your animal spirit guides who will act as your protectors, healers, and advisors for all of your journeys.
