De-stress and unwind in this Yin practice designed to restore tired and tight muscles and promote deep relaxation. This passive practice involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes along with mindfulness meditation techniques. This subtle, but effective practice will prepare your mind and body for a blissful meditative journey, followed by an extended savasana.
