We are looking for a local, smart, responsible, mature, educated, and vaccinated person to join our team in Katonah, NY. 

The role is Retail Sales/Executive Assitant

This role requires two part-time days: 

one weekday, one Sunday. (sometimes Saturday) 

The position begins as needed and has the potential 

of growing into a steady part-time job after a trial period, for the right candidate.

We require the following:

As a Retail Sales Associate

• Smile, welcome, and connect with customers authentically. 

• Have an intuitive sense of retail merchandising and trends

• Not be afraid of menial stock tasks!!!!

• On a quest to achieve our long term goals

• Be a role model for our community
• Be comfortable with Shopify Point of Sale system

As an Executive Assistant

• Calendar management which includes scheduling classes, and healer sessions.  

• Assist in juggling tasks and keeping the pace 

• Manage product production and marketing material

• An expert in seeing tasks through from start to finish.

• Ability to follow directions efficiently

Technical Proficiency

• Working knowledge of Shopify Point of Sale System

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva

• Working knowledge of Google Documents
