Jen will introduce you to the 5 Tibetan Rites: a traditional and effective practice of 5 yoga postures that some call the Fountain of Youth. 

Yes, I said it - THE FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH. These 5 ancient poses are the perfect beginning to home practice and can take less than 20 minutes a day.  The poses rejuvenate the soul, invigorate your energy field, and make you look like you just left a spa. 

This workshop includes the history of the 5 Tibetan Rites, how to practice them, and Jen's Yoga Bliss - a juicy sound and aromatherapy experience to seal your practice, and a bonus take-home sheet for home practice.
