Welcome, Kate!
This Hatha yoga class has been specifically designed to build therapeutic strength. Students will cultivate awareness of patterns and how to unwind for more freedom in movement and breath.

This class focuses on fostering alignment, strength, and flexibility with the use of several props to explore our inner and outer nature with the intention of achieving a blissful state of rest and recovery. With regular practice, Hatha helps to clear the mind and cultivate physical and mental well-being.

This is far beyond a basic hatha class. Kate works one-on-one with her clients to identify misalignments and biomechanical issues. She uses techniques from her study of myofascial release and resistance flexibility, to address the underlying patterns and misalignment to bring clients back into pain-free balance.

KATE BOVERS has used yoga to help her students feel better for more than 20 years. Whether they’re recovering from physical discomfort, or injuries, managing trauma responses, or looking to age more gracefully, Kate uses her interest in the science of yoga and combines different modalities, fascia, anatomy, and a lot of laughter to help everyone move more freely. She has led hundreds of rehabilitated private students and popular workshops all over Westchester and Fairfield counties.
