Rental Tiers | 2023

Welcome! Below you will find our rental tier options. Please choose carefully, we take marketing and professional development very seriously around here. Planning in advance is crucial to promoting yourself in a consistent manner under the umbrella of the Majestic Hudson® Brand. Once you select a tier below, we will create a contractor agreement. This contract will be re-evaluated every 3 months, with the option of changing tiers. If you have any questions please schedule a conversation with Jennifer Llewellyn.  Thank you.

Tier One: Just be you! We’ll do the rest!

Majestic Hudson handles all registrations for you and will cover all fees associated with registration.

This tier also includes marketing and promotion.

Our website and calendar will list a detailed description of your workshop/class.

Includes: Two marketing promotions are included prior to your event. 

Additional individual blasts in which your event is featured, are charged $45 per blast. 

You will be provided with 50% of registration fees post-event (5-7 business days) 

With this tier, we require an exclusivity radius and a non-refundable $100 deposit, which covers the cost of any and all basic design and marketing efforts created while promoting your event, this fee is applied to our share of incoming fees. In the event, the event is canceled Majestic Hudson will release non-branded graphics and materials to you within two weeks time for your use. Please note this tier covers basic branded materials, if you require additional graphics, marketing, and design services are billed at $150 per hour.

Tier-Two: Budding Entrepreneur

Recommended for teachers with existing clientele & social media presence

Fee: 60/40% 

Renter/Majestic

You will be in charge of handling all monetary interactions, registration fees, and scheduling activity…you will be listed on our calendar which will link up to your business profile(s)

One marketing promotion is included prior to your event. 

All additional marketing and promotions will be solely in your hands.

**This tier does not include being featured in our Eblast.**

Please note all promotion is subject to approval by Majestic Hudson, with no exceptions. 

Tier Three: Hourly Rental for Groups

Business expert: Recommended for self-guided groups, schools, and companies who prefer to publicize their event privately.

Fee: $200 for a two-hour slot.

The group rents our sanctuary and covers all marketing and promotion themselves.

Tier Four: Rental for Individual

Business expert: Recommended for self-guided teachers, coaches, and professionals who prefer to publicize their event privately.

Teacher/Healer books a specific available time frame in our sanctuary and covers all marketing and promotion themselves.

Please note all service disciplines, marketing and promotion are subject to approval by Majestic Hudson, with no exceptions. 

Ideal for private sessions and healers who prefer an experience with their current students, clients,

for example; yoga teachers, reiki healers, mediums, and massage.
