Payment & Cancellation Policy
50% Deposit: A 50% deposit of $495.00 is required to secure the two event dates. The remaining balance of $495.00 is due before the first scheduled event.
Cancellation: You may cancel up to 7 days before the scheduled event dates for a full return of your deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of a scheduled event will result in 50% of the deposit being retained. ($245)
