This 90-minute experience weaves together guided Yoga and Meditation practices with a thoughtful exploration of the Eight Limbs of Yoga — ancient principles that broaden your self-care practice and deepen your personal wisdom.
✨ Each workshop will focus on a unique theme, offering a balance of strengthening movement, mindful breathwork, restorative poatures, and gentle introspection. You’ll leave feeling both grounded and uplifted.
We’ll close each session with a mini Blissful Sound Healing Bath, allowing you to fully relax, reset, and soak in the stillness.
