The practice of Yoga has many benefits, including stress reduction, increased flexibility, improved cardio and circulatory health – and now that I think about it - wine does too!!! Toast the summer season by practicing in the beautiful and serene setting of the vineyard or one of the winery’s cozy spaces.
This is a wonderful opportunity to get healthy two-fold and meet new like-minded friends! After class feel free to float your calm self over to the main barn and indulge in a complimentary glass of wine per participant. Millbrook is noted for their five-star rated wine tasting!
Millbrook Winery’s in-house Yogi/Oenophile, Jennifer Llewellyn, E-RYT will lead a 60-minute gentle yoga class. Beginners welcome!
The experience includes:
- 60-minute yoga class, $20.00 per class or all three classes for $50, pre-paid.
