Jennifer Llewellyn will offer several artistic projects that are accessible to every level. We will explore disciplines such as collage, journaling, and visual poetry. Be prepared to go deep into your practice and leave with something that connects you to yourself and the universe. You do not need to consider yourself an artist to enjoy this creative experience.

Aboard the ship, a simple mindfulness meditation workshop will be offered to you: creating the space to cleanse, balance and reconnect with your true self upon the sacred Hudson River - “the river that flows two ways.”

This retreat includes instruction on five different practices that focus on the wisdom of the body and can help you reduce stress: qigong, yoga, Breath Body Mind, mindfulness meditation, and the Feldenkrais Method (a practice that employs movement with awareness to improve the quality of our actions).
